Kahara Japan KJ Blade

KAHARA JAPAN’s KJ Blade is a replacement blade featuring an ultra-lightweight, ultra-thin design that catches water immediately upon entry and attracts fish with flashing action from the fall. It uses a willow leaf blade shape and has a thickness of 0.3 mm. Available in two colors, gold and silver, and three sizes—#2, #3, and #4—with different weights for each size.

For topwater buzzing, it can be rotated on the surface. In the mid-water range, it adds flash during the fall or retrieve, while near the bottom, a slow retrieve makes use of the blade’s reflective flash. Designed to be combined with spinnerbaits or jig spinners rather than used as a standalone component, it enhances the blade’s attraction and allows you to select the size and color according to your rig or lure setup. Its lightweight, thin design helps minimize changes to the lure’s action and handling, making it suitable for presentations at different depths from the surface to the bottom.
