BAKSYN Lure Designs’ BAKSYN BUZZ BAIT is built around proven core performance refined through years of trial and error, while incorporating mechanisms that allow you to adjust both its sound and flight attitude. It features a delta-shaped arm with a “Variable Acoustic System.” Replacing the standard sound bead with a metal bead of the same diameter, for example, changes the sound produced, while removing the bead creates an almost silent setup.

The “Sliding Blade Lock System” allows the blade to move forward during the cast, reducing its rotation when the blade spins in reverse and contacts the lock arm. This design reduces air resistance, resulting in a stable flight attitude and increased casting distance. Its original head design also helps the lure rise easily as soon as you begin retrieving, making it easy to run across the surface with a steady, slow retrieve. The basic approach is to make accurate casts around structure and in areas with current during dawn and dusk or other low-light conditions, then retrieve slowly. The right-rotating model curves gently to the left of its direction of travel during a steady retrieve.
