Viva Kozo Spin

Viva’s KOZO SPIN is a spin-tail jig designed to transmit the blade’s rotation directly to the body through an original bearing swivel mounted directly to the body. Its compact 20 mm, 7.5 g body is easy to cast and produces stable vibration and retrieve resistance from slow to fast speeds. The Colorado blade, sized relatively large for the body, starts spinning quickly and is designed to rotate easily even on a slow retrieve. By transmitting the blade’s vibration to the body, the lure produces a tight wobbling and rolling action while also helping prevent the blade from interfering with the hook or line.

The primary technique is a steady retrieve, adjusting the running depth by varying the speed from slow to fast. It also maintains its balance well during a tensioned fall, making it suitable for presentations that combine retrieving and falling. The series also includes the KOZO SPIN Shallow, which combines low-density solid ABS with high-density metal to reduce the sinking speed and make it easier to work slowly through shallow water. It differs from the standard model in body construction and buoyancy settings, and is designed for presentations focused on shallow water.
