Storm Arashi

Storm Arashi Swimmer is a multi-jointed hard swimbait developed from the basic design of the Arashi Glide to efficiently cover a wider area. Its slimmer body and an additional joint create a smooth, forward-swimming action underwater through two movable sections. While the Arashi Glide features a single-joint design, the Arashi Swimmer uses a two-joint construction to deliver a different action and accommodate different retrieve styles.

It swims steadily across a wide range of retrieve speeds, maintaining its action even during fast retrieves while also responding well to slow retrieves. Its moderately sinking design provides stability during fast retrieves, while making it easier to keep the bait in the strike zone during pauses and twitches. It features a replaceable soft tail, a rotating line eye that helps reduce line twist, and swivel-style hook hangers that make it less likely for the lure body to act as a leverage point during the fight. The included hooks are two size 1/0 VMC treble hooks, making it suitable for covering expansive areas such as flats and around standing timber. It measures 7 inches in length, weighs 2-3/16 ounces, and has a sinking rate of 0.8 feet per second.
