Reins Jig Head

reins jig heads are a range of models designed with attention to bottom posture and the ability to slip through cover. The NR Jig Head is designed for NED RIGs and features a shape with a broad contact surface that helps it stand upright on the bottom. When paired with the reins Swamp NR, it helps keep the worm’s tail raised during bottom stays, allowing you to create a fine, pecking action along the bottom with rod movements. The NR Jig Head Guard is equipped with a wire guard, making it suitable for guarded setups as well.

The reins Cover Jig Head features a resin tungsten head fitted with three 0.6 mm brush guards. Its eye is angled 30 degrees forward, while the firmly tuned guards are designed to help it slip through cover. The original short-shank hook balances strength and hooking performance, and is finished with a fluorine coating. The Wacky Jig Head is based on the Cover Jig Head with the worm keeper removed, and is designed for wacky rigging. When targeting cover, it takes advantage of the three 0.6 mm guards and the 30-degree forward-angled eye. Depending on the worm and conditions, it can be used with or without the guard, and for either bottom-oriented or wacky presentations.
