Reins Silicone Hyper Skirt

reins Silicone Hyper Skirt (Hyper F Skirt) is a sheet-type skirt designed for easy use in making rubber jigs and adding a “mushi” tuning to lures. The silicone sheet is pre-slit into strips, allowing you to cut it to the desired length and number of strands. This lure component can be used not only to replace or make skirts for rubber jigs, but also to add rubber strands to soft plastic worms for tuning.

It is available in three types—Thin, Thick, and Extra Thick—with individual strand diameters of approximately 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.2 mm, respectively. All are approximately 14.5 cm long. The Thin and Thick types come with five sheets; the number of sheets for the Extra Thick type is not specified. Choose the appropriate type according to the rubber jig you are making or the intended tuning—Thin for a lighter skirt volume, and Thick or Extra Thick when more volume is desired. To use, cut the required number of strands from the sheet and secure them around the hook of a jighead or rubber jig to form the skirt. Adjust the hook setup and attachment method according to the shape of the lure you are making and the desired skirt volume.
