Megabass IXI Furious

Megabass’s IxI FURIOUS is a floating crankbait developed to imitate baitfish fleeing at an intense, high-speed retrieve while maintaining a consistent running depth in shallow water. It features a Water Through System (PAT.) that pressurizes water drawn in through the intake at the head inside the body, then expels it downward through two water ducts located beneath the gills. This water flow increases the action’s pitch and stabilizes its straight-running trajectory, while also generating lift in the upward direction, making it easier to maintain the intended running depth during high-speed retrieves and long casts.

It also employs a 5.5 mm ultra-low-center-of-gravity Micro LBO (PAT.), which optimizes the lure’s flight posture during casting and balance during the retrieve despite its compact body, producing a high-pitch flash and rolling action. The 0.5 is a super-shallow runner with a maximum diving depth of 0.5 m, designed to cover shallow areas that are difficult to target with conventional shallow crankbaits through its ultra-fast flashing and tight over-rolling action. The 1.5 reaches a maximum diving depth of 1.5 m and features a high-pitch rolling-drive action with excellent stability, allowing it to maintain its swimming action more easily after bottom contact and around riprap. Both models are designed primarily for high-speed retrieves and should be selected according to each model’s running depth. The standard hooks are #8 front and rear.
