Megabass X-75

Megabass’s X-75 (X-NANAHAN) is a finesse minnow designed for efficiently targeting small areas and specific spots, based on an action concept scaled down from the ONETEN R series. Its compact 75mm, 1/4oz body is precisely molded from a high-volume square block that maintains ample internal volume. While retaining a tight visual profile, it minimizes air resistance for long casts. Its distinctive minnow shape is also designed to provide a responsive feel during retrieves.

On a straight retrieve, it produces a high-pitch rolling action, recreating the subtle movements and flashes of baitfish with a steady retrieve. Adding twitches or jerks brings out a more varied action, with sharp side-to-side darts and flashing. It is a slow-floating lure with a maximum diving depth of 1.8m, and comes equipped with two #8 treble hooks. It is designed to be worked primarily with a slow, steady retrieve, pausing once it contacts rocks, riprap blocks, or submerged structure to create a moment for fish to strike. It is also well suited to short pauses after hard jerks. The X-75+1 can be used as a deeper-running alternative, reaching a maximum depth of 2.4m.
