Megabass Magdraft

Megabass MAGDRAFT is a swimbait designed to trigger bites with a strong vibration and natural silhouette while maintaining stable retrieves from slow to fast. Its basic action is a wobble-and-roll, tuned to move at a slightly higher pitch than conventional swimbaits. Inside the body is a Mag Hold System using neodymium magnets, which works with the belly slit to hold the hook in the proper position. By reducing the hook’s presence and water resistance while allowing the magnet to function as a body balancer, it produces a smooth, natural action.

The MAGDRAFT 5-inch is tuned for a tighter, higher-pitched action than the 6-inch model, delivering an appeal matched to its lure size. In addition to ready-to-use models such as the 5-inch and 6-inch versions, MAGDRAFT Freestyle 5-inch and 6-inch models feature a body form designed for use with weighted hooks or jigheads. When fitted with the separately sold MAGDRAFT Head, its low-center-of-gravity design provides a stable swimming posture and improved ability to avoid cover, making it easier to target deeper ranges than with the original model. The standard model is used with the hook held tightly against the body by the Mag Hold System, while the Freestyle models allow you to choose the hook or head according to the conditions and the depth being targeted.
