Megabass Deep Six

Megabass’s DEEP-SIX is a deep-diving crankbait designed to target extreme depths approaching 6 meters. It features the proven multi-purpose weight-transfer system (PAT.) from the Deep-X series. During the cast, the main weight moves to the rear of the body to stabilize the lure’s flight and achieve long casts with reduced air resistance. When the retrieve begins, the weight moves forward, allowing the lure to dive at a steep angle while producing a wobbling action.

Near its maximum diving depth, the weight fixed at the front moves to the center swimming position, shifting the action to one dominated by a high-pitch rolling action. The lure also employs a design that releases the main balancer upon contact with the bottom or underwater structure, or when twitched. The ultra-thin damper lip efficiently deflects water flow, contributing to both the diving trajectory and action. It measures 80 mm in length, weighs 7/8 oz, and is a floating model with a maximum diving depth of 6.4 m. It is equipped with two No. 2 hooks. This model is suited to situations where you want to search deep water at a consistent depth with straightforward control.
