Megabass’s VIOS MINERAL HAZEDONG SHAD 3-inch is designed to produce a natural action that responds not only to its shad-tail design, but also to dead-slow retrieves and subtle shaking. The ultra-thin tail securely catches water and vibrates with even the slightest manipulation to attract fish. Its construction uses different materials on the top and bottom of the body, helping maintain a stable posture even on a weightless rig, while the two-tone colors are designed to imitate baitfish.

A belly slit allows the body to collapse more easily when a fish bites, helping improve hookup rates. It is also compatible with offset-hook rigs, allowing anglers to slowly work just below the surface on a weightless rig, swim it with added shaking on a jig head, or vary the presentation from midwater to the bottom with a drop-shot or Carolina rig. When rigged weightless with a mosquito hook, the hook’s weight helps maintain a proper swimming posture, and the bait also works well with lightweight jig heads and bladed jig heads.
