Varivas Nylon Line

VARIVAS BASS [NYLON] is a nylon line developed as a standard line for bass fishing, focusing on a well-balanced combination of easy handling and strength. Made from high-quality nylon, it offers excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance while resisting memory and sitting smoothly on the reel. The moderate stretch characteristic of nylon absorbs shock during casting and fights, providing cushioning that helps reduce line breakage.

The line features a stealth gray color that is less noticeable underwater. Parallel winding helps prevent line flattening and maintain a round profile, bringing out the line’s original strength and straightness. Designed to handle a wide range of lures, from soft plastics to moving baits such as crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and topwater hard baits, it is also well suited to shore fishing situations where a single setup needs to cover multiple applications. When fighting larger fish or working around cover, the stretch and high strength of nylon support stable control. Supplied on a 150 m spool, the line features a midway marker at the center, allowing it to be used in two sections while checking the remaining amount.
