Hideup Stagger Wide Hog

HIDEUP’s Stagger Wide Hog 3.3-inch is a soft bait developed as the upsized model in the Wide Hog series, designed to resemble a shrimp. It features a wide silhouette in proportion to its overall body, while the holes in the hand-like appendages create an appealing action by trapping bubbles underwater. The hair-like side appendages are intentionally designed to limit movement, creating a natural presence reminiscent of a real shrimp. Measuring 84 mm in length and weighing approximately 8.5 g, it is suited to bottom fishing that takes advantage of the volume offered by the 3.3-inch size.

With a free rig, the sinker leads the way to probe the bottom, while dragging or bottom-bouncing after the rig settles can activate the appendages. It can also be used with Texas rigs, jika rigs, drop-shot rigs, and as a jig trailer, allowing the presentation to be adjusted according to the conditions and target depth. The manufacturer-recommended standard is a #4/0 offset hook. Compared with the Stagger Wide Hog 2.7-inch, the larger 3.3-inch model is suited to setups such as free rigs for thoroughly probing the bottom, taking advantage of its wide silhouette and approximately 8.5 g of weight.
