The NORIES SHOT series is designed for deep cranking, allowing anglers to reach depths beyond 5 meters with a standard cast. The SHOT OVER 5 reaches 5.4m with 14lb line and 6.0m with 10lb line, using a 75mm body. It offers the diving capability needed to probe deep ranges without relying on dragging or kneeling, along with a light retrieve feel achieved by keeping the body size compact. It features a casting fin that helps maintain a stable posture for long casts and a snag-resistant bill designed to reduce penetration into weeds and soft bottoms. Its action is a tight wobble roll that performs well in a variety of water conditions.

Another distinctive feature is its construction, in which the body and lip are molded separately and then assembled. Bone-white ABS and clear ABS are used selectively depending on the color pattern, creating variations in action and sound. The SHOT OVER 5.5 BIG is based on the OVER 5 but has increased body volume. Measuring 84mm and weighing 32g, it is designed to reach 5.5m with 14lb line and 6.0m with 12lb line. Its size falls between the OVER 5 and the Stormy Magnum, while producing the same tight wobble roll. Taking advantage of its higher buoyancy, it also responds well to stop-and-retrieve techniques when navigating soft weeds or fallen leaves on the bottom. According to the official parts list, the OVER 5 uses size #3 split rings at both the front and rear, with a #2 front treble hook and #4 rear treble hook; the 5.5 BIG uses size #3 split rings at both the front and rear, with #2 front and #3 rear treble hooks.
