NORIES METAL WASABY is a jigging spoon developed for deep areas that are difficult to target with other lures, cold-water periods, and tough conditions when bass are reluctant to bite. Based on many years of on-the-water experience, it features an original shape designed to maximize its effectiveness as a metal jig.

Its distinctive shape is carefully balanced to produce an irregular combination of sliding action and wobbling as it falls. The alloy body also takes into account the sound produced when the hook contacts the body as an additional fish-attracting element. METAL WASABY is suitable for shooting, allowing you to drop the lure while confirming the bass’s position on a fish finder. In addition to probing deep water, it enables a direct approach to inactive bass using a lift-and-fall presentation. The basic technique is to avoid keeping the line too tight, allowing the lure to generate its sliding action and wobbling on the fall.

The lineup includes 4g, 8g, 12g, 18g, and 27g weights, allowing you to choose according to the target range, fall speed, wind, and water depth. According to the official parts chart, the 12g model is fitted with a No. 3 ring and a No. 5F hook, while the 27g model uses a No. 3 ring and a No. 4 hook. The 27g model is designed for quickly targeting deep water and is also suitable for “cover metal” techniques, using a metal jig to probe around cover.
