deps EVOKE is a cover crank developed for targeting heavy cover with a crankbait, based on the concept of “a tool that improves fishing efficiency.” It is designed to track straight and quickly rise after deflecting off cover, minimizing unnecessary rolling while maximizing the action pitch. The design is easy to use when pitching through narrow waterways or when running the lure close to small bushes, laydowns, and vegetation.

The interior of the body eliminates partitions and other internal structures, while the wall thickness has been revised to create a larger hollow chamber. By setting the upper-to-lower balance like a self-righting doll, it achieves an ultra-high-pitch action and a quick rise after contacting obstacles. The high-buoyancy body, diving angle, and center-of-gravity position are tuned to prevent the lure from hitting cover too aggressively, allowing it to trace gaps while maintaining a straight track during contact. Despite its fixed weight, the body shape reduces air resistance, making it suitable for everything from full casts to pitching. The EVOKE 1.8 measures 55 mm and weighs 11.5 g, with a maximum running depth of approximately 1.8 m. With 12–16 lb fluorocarbon or 10–16 lb nylon line, the guideline depth is 1.8 m, while heavier line reduces the depth to approximately 1.4 m. The 1.8 is equipped with size #5 RYUGI PIERCE Treble TC Coated hooks and size #2 split rings. The larger EVOKE 4.0 is a magnum crank measuring 100 mm and weighing 56.5 g. It retains the series’ cover-deflection performance and straight tracking while accommodating approaches that take advantage of its increased volume. It is equipped with #1/0 hooks and size #4 split rings. Perform a true tune as needed: if the lure swims to the left, make a slight adjustment to the right side of the line tie; if it swims to the right, make a slight adjustment to the left.
