deps’ PULSECOD is a popper designed to switch neutral big bass into feeding mode during the post-spawn period and in heavily pressured waters. Combining a boil-like sound with subtle vibrations generated by the spring weight housed inside the body, it delivers both a strong presence and a natural presentation.

The 80mm, 16.0g body features a flat cup design with bulges on both sides. Combined with its near-horizontal, diagonally floating posture, this design allows the cup to catch water head-on and push it forward while limiting forward travel. Depending on the strength of the rod work, it can produce anything from a light, pecking splash to a deep, inhaling feeding sound. Each time the lure is worked, the spring weight vibrates, generating fine-pitched vibrations even during pauses. On calm water, it creates ripples like those made by a fallen insect trembling its wings. The spring weight gives the lure a slightly tail-down floating posture, allowing it to produce an action similar to a dog walk with certain retrieves. From pinpoint targets in farm ponds and reservoirs to expansive weed flats, it can be used while adjusting the lure’s travel distance and sound intensity with the rod work.
