KATSUICHI’s DECOY Caro Wire WL-06 is a slightly shorter three-point Carolina rig wire that is easy to handle not only from the bank but also when fishing from a boat. It makes it easy to set up a Carolina rig for covering a wide area while taking advantage of its snag resistance and sensitivity, and is also suitable for small, familiar fishing spots.
The wire is made from 7×7 SUS wire, which cuts through weeds easily and offers excellent abrasion resistance against structure. Its low-stretch construction makes it easier to detect changes in the sinker and rig. Its flight posture, which allows the sinker side to lead, helps prevent leader tangles and makes long casts with a Carolina rig easier. It also features a snap designed to reduce the chance of filamentous algae snagging, while allowing you to attach your preferred sinker. Available in 8 cm and 12 cm sizes, it is designed longer than the WL-08 Mini Caro Wire. Combine it with a three-way swivel, main line, leader, sinker, and hook, and use it with offset hooks, trout-style hooks, and other hook types.
