Decoy Split Ring

KATSUICHI DECOY Split Rings are designed to securely connect lure eyes and hooks, with a range of models selectable according to the application and lure size. The light-class R-1, R-2, and R-4 are intended for medium- and small-sized lures such as bass lures, and are available in matte black, red, and silver. They feature an inner cut for easy attachment of lure eyes and hooks, flattened construction for reliable strength, and a rust-resistant specification with passivation treatment.

The R-3 Split Ring Medium Class is sized to handle relatively high-load lures such as big baits, and features an inner cut and flattened construction. The larger R-5 Split Ring Heavy Class features an outer-cut ring joint, a structure designed to reduce problems caused by the cut section when fighting large fish. The R-10 Egg Ring is formed into an egg shape to stabilize the positions of the knot and eye, ensuring that force is consistently absorbed by the doubled section. It is suitable for setups in which the line is tied directly without using a snap and the ring remains attached to the lure during use.
