Tiemco Rolling Harken

TIEMCO’s Rolling Haken 93S is a sinking plug developed to reproduce, with a hard lure, the fine movements of a shad-tail worm that are difficult to achieve with a conventional minnow featuring a lip. It uses a hybrid construction that combines an ABS body with a soft silicone tail, producing a subtle vibrating action as the tail trembles. In addition to its crisp action, the silicone material is designed to resist developing kinks in the tail during storage. The body can be equipped with treble hooks, providing hooking performance distinct from that of a soft plastic worm, along with stable swimming action. This 93mm, 5g sinking model features a lipless body shape and is designed to entice bass with subtle vibrations on a steady retrieve as its primary presentation.

The tail is press-fitted and secured with a pin. To replace it, push out the included pin from the right side of the lure to remove the tail. Because one side of the tail has a slit, care must be taken regarding the direction of removal. The recommended tackle setup is a 6- to 7-foot rod with an L to ML action, paired with 3- to 8lb line or PE line in approximately #0.3 to #1. When using PE line, a roughly 1m leader of 5- to 8lb fluorocarbon is recommended. The lure is equipped with ST36TN #10 treble hooks in the front and ST36TN #12 treble hooks in the rear.
