Daiwa D Jerkbait

DAIWA’s D-JERKBAIT is a high-response, short-lip jerkbait designed to reproduce the intense reflection and flashing of baitfish while enhancing casting distance and control during jerks. Equipped with Laser Impact “MIRROR-CLE360°,” its internal 10-sided prismatic reflective structure emits high-intensity reflected light in various directions. It creates both the intense flashes of “light” and the instant disappearance of light caused by changes in posture, producing high-contrast flashing like that of a baitfish.

The lure features an internal moving weight system. During the cast, the weight shifts toward the rear to maximize casting distance. After splashdown, it readily returns to the magnetically secured front position, helping the lure start its action quickly. Its strong water displacement and controlled side-to-side darting range make it easy to control while providing solid feedback during jerks. The floating model produces a Shimmy Riser action, rocking from side to side as it rises after a jerk. The suspending model uses the moving weight to destabilize its balance during jerks, generating sharp darting action. The 112F SR-LI is a floating model with a standard weight of 12.1 g, while the 112SP SR-LI is a suspending model weighing 14.4 g. Both models come equipped with #6 hooks as standard.
