Daiwa Steez Twin Buzz

DAIWA’s STEEZ TWIN BUZZ is a buzzbait equipped with two aluminum blades, designed to begin producing surface action easily immediately after landing. With a conventional buzzbait, a certain amount of retrieve is required after the lure lands before the blade rises to the surface. The twin blades on this model allow it to rise quickly as soon as it lands and transition into its action. The two blades also help stabilize the lure’s posture by catching water, allowing it to run without tipping even during high-speed retrieves. For a buzzbait, it is easy to cast long distances, making it suitable for covering large areas.

Weighing in at the 1/4 oz class, it features a foldable design that allows the wire on the blade side to be pinched and slid for compact storage. It takes up less space in a tackle box and is easy to use when fishing with a streamlined tackle setup. Rather than being secured with thread, the rubber skirt uses a removable rubber O-ring system, making it easy to remove the skirt when pairing the lure with a soft bait. DAIWA’s official examples also show it rigged with the Kicker Curly BIG, allowing anglers to switch between the skirt and soft bait to cover everything from a basic steady surface retrieve to high-speed retrieves.
