DAIWA’s HMKL MINNOW - STEEZ CUSTOM - is a minnow developed around the design philosophy of handmade minnows, with an emphasis on a slim body, long-distance casting with baitcasting tackle, and silent operation. While aiming to increase the number of bites through its slender silhouette, it also pursues the castability required of a search bait for covering a wide area.

Inside is the “MAGLOCK Ver.S” moving-weight system, which uses magnets to secure the weight. During the cast, the weight moves to the rear of the body to maximize casting distance, then returns to its designated position via the magnet after landing, creating a silent design that minimizes artificial sound. In addition, the Wire Oscillate System is combined with SAKUSAS processing to quickly return the weight to its proper position, helping the lure get into action quickly. The 137SP is a suspending model with a standard weight of 16.1 g, while the 137F is a floating model weighing 14.5 g; both have a maximum diving depth of approximately 2.0 m. They come standard with SAKUSAS-finished No. 4 treble hooks and can be selected according to the desired range and buoyancy setting.
