DAIWA’s STEEZ FLUORO X’LINK is a fluorocarbon line developed for bass fishing with the aim of achieving both strength and ease of handling. Positioned by DAIWA as its “top-tier fluorocarbon” series, it incorporates three proprietary technologies: Tough Resin, X’LINK (Cross Link), which forms a cross-linked structure between molecules, and the Nano Control manufacturing process, which homogenizes molecules at the nanoscale.

Tough Resin is a resin material formulated with a special balance of compounds to bring out exceptional toughness, while X’LINK is a structure designed to enhance line strength by chemically bonding molecules together. In addition, the Nano Control manufacturing process equalizes molecular density to stabilize the line’s strength and characteristics, while also improving knot strength, reducing memory, and providing sensitivity with low initial stretch. Designed to combine suppleness with resilience and strength, the line is available in a range of sizes and pound tests to suit the tackle and fishing techniques used, from soft-plastic rigs to hard baits. It features a parallel-wound DPLS construction that preserves the line’s performance, along with lb-test marking stickers at the 40 m, 60 m, and 80 m points so you can confirm the amount of line to spool.
