JACKALL’s HOLE FLICK is a straight-body soft bait designed for finesse presentations around cover, and is compatible with offset Neko rigs. Its design makes hook setting easier than with conventional offset Neko rigs, while minimizing line twist caused by the bait rotating during pickup.
The head section has increased volume, making it easy to insert an offset hook or a heavier nail sinker, while a hook-setting hole is built into the center of the body. By passing the tied offset hook through the hole and setting it toward the head, the hook point can be embedded in the body for a self-weedless rigging setup. This allows the bait to be pitched into cover such as standing timber, aquatic vegetation, and man-made structures while reducing snags. With its straight shape and weight concentrated toward the front, the bait minimizes resistance from unnecessary components and slips easily into cover. Inside the cover, its curved Flick Shake-style body produces a three-dimensional action to attract fish. Pairing it with a Hole Nail Sinker also adds complex action from the silicone rubber. For the 6.5-inch model, the manufacturer recommends wide-gap offset hooks in sizes #1 to #1/0, or a size #1/0 standard offset hook.
