JACKALL’s PineShrimp AR Custom is a craw-style soft bait developed as part of the AR (Anglers Request) series, which turns requests from tournament anglers and local experts into products. Designed to produce complex vibrations and handle heavy cover, its individual parts firmly catch water and act as brakes, allowing the sinker and bait to separate more easily and creating a slow fall that helps maintain a longer “feeding pause” similar to a weightless presentation.
The voluminous claws feature deep ribs that generate complex vibrations. The thick frill skirt, molded as one piece with the body, not only flutters during retrieves but also catches even slight currents and moves on its own while paused. In addition, the keel-cut parts produce a subtle, rapid action when they encounter water resistance. The softer material makes it easier for each part to move, while the reduced salt content improves hook-holding durability, making this bait well suited for pitching into hard, complex cover such as bamboo.
The 3.5-inch model is designed for #3 to #1 offset hooks, while the 4.5-inch model is intended for 1/0 to 3/0 offset hooks.
