Zappu Gain Sinker

ZAPPU’s Sinker series offers a choice of shapes and mechanisms to suit different rigs and presentations. Eye Shot is designed to attach directly to the eye of a vertical-eye hook or a ringed offset hook, and can be attached or removed simply by rotating the sinker. It allows one-touch weight changes and can also be used to tune the weight of big baits. Susteki is designed for the Susteki Rig, with the sinker positioned ahead of the hook, and accommodates a setup that leads with the sinker when entering pockets in cover. Based on the concept of punching through cover with a lighter weight, it is also designed with handling during the fall and cast in mind.

The standard Drop Shot sinker features a shape that makes it easy to sense the bottom, along with an automatic leader stopper; models up to 1/8 oz feature the automatic leader stopper. The Bullet is a basic bullet-shaped sinker with a finish that reduces the distinctive glare of lead and a nylon tube lining the line hole to help protect the line. Models designed for free rigs feature a streamlined, triangular cross-section that promotes a fast fall and helps prevent rolling along the bottom, making them suitable for keeping a free rig or Jika Rig in a precise spot. Choose the type best suited to your application, including drop shot, Texas-style rigs, free rigs, and cover fishing.
