OSP Ashura

O.S.P Asura is a minnow series designed to expand your fishing range by combining the naturally slim silhouette of a minnow with the different diving depths and actions offered by each model. The 89EX-DR SF was developed as a long-lipped minnow for targeting depths of approximately 3.5–4 m with baitcasting tackle. Its 89 mm slim body is fitted with a large diving lip, while the W Tungsten Weight Transfer System and low-drag body shape provide stable casting distance despite its long-bill design. Honeycomb ribs inside the body reduce weight while maintaining strength. Combined with the low-center-of-gravity design, this delivers excellent action initiation and a tight, high-pitch action. It dives at a steep angle to reach a maximum depth of 4.2 m, then produces sharp sliding movements during twitches while maintaining its depth.

The Durga 73F is a 73 mm floating model that carries on the Asura series’ flat-sided body design. Its magnetic weight transfer system helps maintain a stable flight posture even when cast with light force, achieving both casting distance and action despite its floating design. It produces a stable, high-pitch wobble-and-roll action from slow to fast retrieves, while twitches and jerks generate sharp darts accompanied by flashing. Designed to target depths of around 1 m below the surface, it can also be used to search shallow water by retrieving it through the upper layer or allowing it to float upward. The 89EX-DR SF is suited to attacking deeper water with a direct, linear approach, while the Durga 73F is designed for manipulating a shallow range with a size profile similar to small baitfish.
