Water Gremlin Sinker

Water Gremlin’s Round Split Shot is a user-friendly split sinker designed for easy attachment, removal, and position adjustment on the line using your fingertips. Made by precision-forming soft lead, it features a controlled-hinge design in which the slot at the center of the sinker opens and closes with the appropriate amount of resistance. It is designed to sit securely on thin lines while minimizing unnecessary line damage. Its round shape is intended for situations where the sinker is prone to snagging on aquatic vegetation and similar cover.

To attach it, pinch the sinker between your fingers and insert the line into the slot—no tools or teeth are required. To remove it, open the slot with your fingernail and take it off the line. Sliding it along the line allows you to adjust the rig’s sink rate and bottom contact feel, while adding multiple split shot as needed lets you change the weight. Available sizes include B, BB, 3/0, 7, 5, 4, 3, and 2, allowing you to choose according to the desired sink rate and the line being used.
