ZBC (Zoom Bait Company)’s Zoom Ultra-Vibe Speed Craw is a craw-style soft bait designed to deliver big action from a compact body and to accommodate a wide range of rigs, from being fished on its own to serving as a jig trailer. The paddle-style tails at the rear of the body displace water and produce appeal not only during the retrieve but also on the fall. Officially, this model is intended for flipping, pitching, casting, and swimming, as well as for Texas rigs, Carolina rigs, and use as a trailer for chatterbaits, football jigs, swim jigs, and other lures.

Its action can be easily varied depending on how it is worked. Around cover, it can be pitched or flipped into position, then allowed to fall after reaching the bottom or lightly shaken to activate the paddle-style tails. When used as a jig trailer, retrieving at a steady speed allows the tails to catch water and add lift and vibration behind the jig. The basic hook setup is a Texas rig with an offset hook selected according to the application, or rigging it as a trailer on various jigs.
