ZOOM Curly Tail

Zoom Bait’s Curly Tail combines a compact finesse worm body with an oversized ribbon tail that produces action with minimal movement. The 4-inch body is short and finely segmented, while the tail is designed to be large in proportion to the body. Even slight water currents or rod movements make the tail undulate and create a swimming action. The body is made from a salt-impregnated soft material.

The compact body makes it well suited to situations where a smaller-profile worm is preferred, while the prominent tail moves more water than the body size would suggest. According to Zoom’s official information, this model is designed to combine a finesse-sized profile with ample action. Retrieve it slowly near the bottom or lightly shake it to move the tail, adjusting the presentation to suit the rig. It is primarily suited to downsized Texas rigs and shaky heads, and can also be used on a Carolina rig when small baitfish are active and moving quickly.
