TH Tackle Hovering Blice

TH Tackle’s Hovering Brice is a prop bait designed to entice fish with a hovering presentation just beneath the surface. The body remains largely stationary while only the thin propeller spins at high speed. The original 70LC and Petit 56 models use hard foamed urethane with an adjusted specific gravity. By eliminating internal weights and distributing the center of gravity throughout the body, the lure maintains a natural position in the water while minimizing unexpected movements. The propeller is made from ultra-thin 0.2 mm stainless spring material, allowing it to spin even in weak currents and producing an action in which the propeller continues rotating while the body barely moves during a dead-slow retrieve.

In addition to the Petit 56 and 70LC, the lineup includes the R-type Petit 58R, 75R, and 83R, which feature ABS resin bodies. The R-type models are equipped with wire guards and designed for fishing around cover. The hook holders use a swivel design to reduce stress on the hooks when landing a fish. All models are basically set up as slow sinkers and are intended to be retrieved slowly beneath the surface. When increasing the retrieve speed with an R-type model, lowering the rod tip provides a balanced presentation that helps prevent the lure from breaking through the surface.
