Megabass Gabarin

Megabass GABARIN was developed for bass that have become wary of the monotonous presentations of conventional frogs. It pursues an active action that responds to subtle manipulation, even in gaps within floating cover or open pockets only a few dozen centimeters across. Its original body design and distinctive upper and lower lips respond quickly to line-s lack manipulation and rod work, producing sharp, pinpoint quick turns and a crisp, high-pitch dog walk. The wide corners of the mouth catch water to disturb the surface, while also generating powerful dives and splashes accompanied by a weighty sound and bubbles. Another distinctive feature is its ability to produce different popping sounds—from “bong, bong” to “pop, pop”—depending on the intensity of the rod work.

In addition to working it along the edges of cover, GABARIN can continue to draw strikes with a dog walk and popping sounds after passing through cover. Its wide range of controllable actions, from subtle head shakes to forceful dives, makes it well suited to technical topwater fishing. It is a floating model measuring 63 mm in length and weighing 1/2 oz.
