Daiwa Lure Sinker TG Free Rig

DAIWA’s LURE SINKER TG FREE RIG is a tungsten sinker designed for free-rig applications, with an emphasis on casting distance and bottom sensitivity. Made from high-density tungsten, it is more compact than a lead sinker of the same weight, improving casting distance and making it easier to detect bottom contours. The sinker features an integrated swivel that significantly reduces line twist. Its moss green color is less likely to alert fish, and both gram and ounce markings are provided for easy weight identification.

Two shapes are available: the S (Slim Type), which is narrow and easy to work through cover and gaps, and the R (Round Type), which helps maintain contact with the bottom. Both types are available from 3.5 g (1/8 oz) to 14 g (1/2 oz), allowing you to choose according to conditions and desired handling. For a free rig, thread the sinker onto the line rigged with a soft plastic and hook, and use a sinker stopper as needed. The swivel’s inner diameter is matched to the sinker weight; as a general guide, Hard Sinker Lock S or M is suitable for weights up to 10 g, while M or L is suitable for weights of 12 g or more.
