DAIWA’s LURE CATCHER is a lure retriever designed to recover snagged plugs and similar hard lures. Combining a weight with twin arms that extend widely toward the front, it is designed to make it easier to deliver the stainless steel chain to the hook position. The lure is captured by the chain and twin arms, then retrieved by operating the rope. A conveniently portable 15 m spool of rope is included.
The standard 100 g weight and a 120 g heavy weight designed for use from boats or in deep water are available. On models with a storage bag, the weight features glow-in-the-dark paint for improved visibility and can be stored and carried in a bag equipped with a belt loop and carabiner loop. The LURE CATCHER Heavy Weight without a storage bag is available in gray, while the LURE CATCHER Heavy Weight with Storage Bag and LURE CATCHER with Storage Bag are available in green. This product is intended for plugs and similar hard lures and cannot be used to recover spinnerbaits or soft worms.
