JACKALL’s SHIBO FLAT is designed to keep the worm continuously active during the fall and when slowly dragging it along the bottom. Ribs on the underside of the body firmly grip the water and help prevent the body from lifting off the bottom during the initial movement after landing. This produces a bottom-hugging action and vibration, making it ideal for presentations with minimal forward movement. During a free fall, the specially designed tail moves on its own, and it responds with action to even subtle manipulation while being dragged along the bottom. A textured finish is applied to the surface, tail, ribbed side of the body, and side edges to reduce unwanted surface shine. It also features a shrimp formula infused with shrimp powder and shrimp oil to trigger bites through both flavor and scent. The 3.6-inch model weighs approximately 16 g and is recommended for use with a SCYTHE 4/0 hook, while the 4.8-inch model weighs approximately 32 g and is best paired with a SCYTHE 7/0 hook. Use the different volumes of each size to vary your presentation with a fall, a bottom-dragging retrieve, or subtle rod movements.
